REFLEXOLOGY

Reflexology uses the holistic approach, that means treating the body as a whole rather than treating individual symptoms.  The theory is that the feet (and the hands) reflect the body.  The top of the foot containing the reflex points that relate to the top of the body and so on.

The treatment will start with a foot massage, followed by pressure and massage on the reflex points, working through the systems of the body, with particular attention to areas where imbalances are found.

Clients have found this treatment to be intensively calming and relaxing.
